Refund policy

Please inquire about Returns/Exchanges to swingingpete@karstengc.com. Include your first and last name, your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Please include pictures of damaged product or reasons why you wish to return. You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. A return label will be provided if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The expected time period in which you will receive your refund varies by order. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
